Most of us know by now that the new Evolution 2-Burner Propane Gas Grill is a great addition to your home. It is the perfect choice for those of us who enjoy grilling out in our backyards or doing it in front of our cars. This grill has become such a huge hit for so many of us because it has many features that most of us want or need to have in our kitchens. With the exception of the grill pit, which is not really essential, we can use almost all the grill grates that we have in our kitchens with this grill.
We can also choose to use charcoal and electric smokers. Electric smokers give you more control over the meats that you cook on the grill. You can adjust the temperature very easily and use all of the controls that you find on the charcoal grills. All the vents and the grill grate are pre-made so that you can use them right out of the box.
The Evolution Burner Propane Gas Grill does have its share of disadvantages, too. For one thing, the grates are not always the same size, meaning that you might need to get a second set of grates to make up for the difference in the sizes. It also might take some time for you to get used to the fast clean burners because you are probably used to them in the old Weber Grills that you have been using. This is another reason why some people might like to buy other grills. The biggest disadvantage, however, is that you are going to have to put gas into the tank to turn the propane grill on before you cook anything and you will have to use the propane tank when the gas runs out if you are using charcoal.
